De Wildt Cheetah Reserve - Part 1

Spotted Hyenas travel in packs of at least 6. Fun Fact: They attack by surrounding the prey, then while the first grabs the snout, another will grab the tail while the rest disembowel the prey while it's still alive.

Jake takes a snooze.

Ostriches are dinosaurs.

This is an Anatolian Shepherd Dog. This one in particular thinks it's a goat. They think they're whatever the grow up with, and then their whole life is dedicated to protecting that family.

The thing is, you pay to have your picture taken with Byron the cheetah, here, and the money goes towards helping schools send their kids out to the Reserve. So even though we look ridiculous, it's for the kids, ok.
